We pride ourselves on offering unique, customizable, unforgettable, and genuinely uplifting yoga. While Sunshine Massage Studio is NOT a full-service yoga studio, we DO provide a multitude of private and group yoga instruction offerings. Like our massage, the Sunshine Yoga experience is one-of-a-kind. 

We offer classes at our studio (for groups of two and/or privates), as well as “on location” (Mobile Yoga) for large groups! Mobile groups usually practice in public parks or at a hotel venue. Contact our Dream Team to help you find the perfect place to practice.

  • 90 min - $225

  • 2 hours - $315

YOGA IN THE GARDENS:

EVERY m/w/f WITH SUNSHINE

Join us on Fridays this Summer 2023 and practice in the amazing Betty Ford Alpine Gardens! Sunshine will teach every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 10am. It is recommended to bring your own mat, but they can be provided if you need one. $20 cash. No class during rain. ALL LEVELS and walk-ins welcome. (:
