Travel deep inside your soul. Bask in the sound of instruments designed for healing from around the world. This session includes meditative breathwork, aromatherapy, hot towels, hot stones and features over 30 instruments. The gong bath vibrates the water inside the body, effectively creating changes in both your energy flow and brain waves. This session can accommodate groups of up to 4. For groups larger than 4, we offer mobile sound healing.

This is a deeply personalized experience centered on receiving clear, channeled guidance for you, your spirit, and your body. Rather than following a pre-set sequence, each session is guided through attunement—listening to the subtle intelligence of your body, nervous system, and inner wisdom to inform each moment. The primary intention of each session is to receive meaningful messages and insight—guidance your body is ready to share, even when the busy mind may not yet be able to hear it. Many clients experience a sense of release alongside emotional clarity and a deeper understanding of how to care for themselves moving forward. You are encouraged to arrive with questions or intentions, using the session as an opportunity for deeper self-inquiry. In this way, physical sensations, patterns, or “health challenges” are approached not as problems to fix, but as gateways—inviting greater awareness, understanding, and connection to Self.
