Kids AcroYoga & Play is a joyful, immersive experience designed to spark confidence, creativity, and deep connection through movement. Each session is fully customizable, allowing your child (and you!) to get the most magic out of this playful time together. You may choose to gift your child the experience of flying—guided safely by one of our expert instructors through fun, accessible AcroYoga poses that build body awareness, balance, and trust. Or, step into the role of base and learn how to support your child yourself, as our teacher shows you simple, empowering postures you can practice together. Through laughter, movement, and teamwork, your child develops strength, coordination, and confidence—while you gain playful tools to recreate the joy at home. Travel deep inside your soul. Bask in the sound of instruments designed for healing from around the world. This session includes meditative breathwork, aromatherapy, hot towels, hot stones and features over 30 instruments. The gong bath vibrates the water inside the body, effectively creating changes in both your energy flow and brain waves. This session can accommodate groups of up to 4. For groups larger than 4, we offer mobile sound healing.
